REWIND collects no data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your music files are copied into the app on your iPhone and stay there. Playback needs no network. The App Store privacy label for REWIND reads Data Not Collected.
What data does REWIND collect?
None. The developer does not receive your files, your listening history, your device identifiers or your tags.
Where are my files kept?
On your iPhone, inside the app, after you import them from the Files app. Deleting the app removes them.
Does REWIND connect to the internet?
Playback never needs it. The internet is used to download the app and to load prices through Apple.
What about purchases?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Billing details stay with Apple and are not visible to us.
