REWINDThe ’05 CT820: glossy black case, lilac label
The CT820 is the last CD machine in REWIND, from 2005, and it needs PRO. A black record-style disc carries a lilac label or your track’s cover art inside a glossy black case. A latch bracket sits at the right, a row of tiny keys curves along the bottom and a small lever sticks out at lower right.

What was the CD player like in 2005?
By 2005 the portable CD player was the older sibling of the MP3 player. It still held a whole album and played home-burned discs, but flash and hard-drive players were pulling attention away.
What do you see on the CT820?
A glossy black case frames a disc patterned like a black record. The label is lilac, or it shows your cover art when the track has one. A latch bracket stands at the right. A row of small keys curves along the lower arc, and a small lever sticks out at the bottom right.
The disc and label spin, and the carriage follows the song.

Which sound settings suit the CT820?
Set it up as a modern-era machine: hiss and wobble off, saturation a touch. The equalizer Air preset suits pop and electronic tracks. For late-night sessions, use the sleep timer with 15 to 90 minute options.
Is the 2005 CD Player free or PRO?
The CT820 closes the CD line-up with the glossiest finish. It belongs to REWIND PRO: weekly $2.99, yearly $19.99 with a 3-day free trial, or lifetime $24.99 once. Without PRO you still get 8 machines, plus analog sound and the equalizer on all of them.
